Heather is a rower, aspiring triathlete, and the founder of Heather Noble Nutrition. Heather aims to help athletes of all levels achieve their goals and ensure they are meeting their nutrition needs for optimal performance. Heather specializes in weight class sports, overcoming disordered eating patterns, and practicing intuitive eating principles. She provides evidence-based individualized nutrition counselling and goal setting that is designed to help get you on the podium!

The Tour of Kincardine Cross Classic is a cross town cyclocross race in Kincardine, Ontario.  This event takes place on the beautiful and technical trails through town.  This multi-surface race is about 30km long and is raising funds for the KIPP Trail Expansion.
