M this training weekend as we predict some chilly water temperatures. We will plan a trip to the beach on our Monday morning run to look at the swim location.

Join Triathlon Ontarios Swim program at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre in Scarborough. These Training sessions are geared towards getting triathletes ready for race day. All are welcome to join! Want to try a class first? Send us an email!

90 min Coached Open Water Swims!
Where: Cherry Beach, Toronto
When: Sundays at 7:00am throughout the summer, see calendar below
200km group ride around lake Simco!
Where: Starting in Keswick
When: July 1st and August 5th
Time: 6:30 am
Group rides just north of the city.

Friday May 26th:
9:00am - 2 hour hilly bike ride on Chemin Duplessis
Optional 2 hour ride later in the day for those driving in on Friday morning.
Saturday May 27th:
9:00am - 90km bike - full route
12:00pm - 10km brick run - on route
3:00pm - foam rolling session
6:00pm - Group dinner at coaches quarters (included in camp cost)
Sunday May 28th:
9:00am - 1 hour bike - relaxed pace on Chemin Duplessis
10:15am - 21.1 km run - on course
3:00pm - 45 min core workout
Monday May 29th:
9:00am - Morning run 90 min base pace with coffee shop finish
Camp ends!
